Observation No. 1
Yesterday, while
returning to my second home for the weekend, I saw that all the dogs of our
neighbors were closed in their properties and weren't able to rush out onto the
street when they saw us as they have usually been doing since the beginning of
pandemics.
It seems that our
neighbors returned to their old and necessary habit. A few months ago people
preferred to stay home, but when they realized that hardly anyone goes out,
they let their dogs out to the village to give them more freedom, I guess. Even
when the daily amount of infections reduced, and people stopped being scared of
leaving their homes, dogs were still out for a time. It was dangerous both for
people and the dogs. Probably someone started complaining about it recently. Anyway,
I hope that the 4’th wave of the pandemic won’t cause the dogs to go out again
that often.
Were the dogs really dangerous? Was anyone bitten or traumatised?
