The first sound sent from Mars

The latest article I’ve read is written by Sophie Lewis from CBS News. It’s about the first sound ever recorded on other planets and sent back. The new Perseverance rover that landed on Mars a few days ago is responsible for this achievement.    It doesn’t matter what people might think, I consider this a great feat. For many years we have only been able to see photos sent by rovers or other devices from other planets, but now we can finally hear a recorded sound. We also know that the latest rover is the most advanced model that NASA has ever created. I’m sure that it will do even more exciting things. For example, it contains a small helicopter, which will check, if Mars’s atmosphere is dense enough to fly in it. This information will surely be useful for the colony that Elon Musk is planning to create on the red planet. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/nasa-mars-perseverance-rover-first-sounds-ever-recorded-another-planet/

US is planning to resettle more child refugees.

I've read an article from CBS by Camilo Montoya-Galve about one of new US administration's plans for resettling of child refugees, which was significantly decreased during the Trump's term of office.  In my opinion it is very good that the current president looks also at the situation of other people in the world not just from the America's interests point of view. The situation in some places is terrifying and these innocent children surely deserve more, including education to prevent such crimes against humanity in the future and use their experience to make it better. There is however one thing that definitely needs to be done to protect the safety and comfort of Americans as the first world country's citizens. Many countries like France or Greece drastically changed for the worse after they started to receive refugees. They have different customs, accustomed to different/lower levels of life and were not properly introduced to how the things are Europe or Ameri...

Biden's decision against many years of tradition.

I've read an article written by Donald Judd, Kate Sullivan and Phil Mattingly on CNN about president Biden's recent decision. He believes that former president, Donald Trump should not recieve intelligence briefings, as most of former presidents did, after they were replaced. The current US president explained, when asked about this topic on CBS interview, that the reason for that lies in Trump's "erratic behaviour". I think I understand Mr. Biden's opinion, especially after recent events on the Capitol, however I don't think that is the only reason. I'm not against fixing some of Trump's decisions, but I think Biden should focus on doing just that, rather than present him as an unpredictable person and slander him in the media. Even before, when he had just won the election he wanted to destroy Trump in the media instead of respecting the opponent. As he said himself, he "ran like hell to defeat him because I thought he was unfit to be pres...
